Here are 5 drills you can do to practice l-sits: • single leg raises • leg raises - for this one the further you reach toward your feet when you raise your legs, the harder it is • tuck holds • tuck raises • single leg raises with paralette bars I am trying to make my form as nice as possible as well as strengthening the muscles I need to in order to level up my l-sit.
