Hip Thrusts are no doubt the best exercise for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits. 

✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more 
 • ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more
 • ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more

Also play around with your stance width and foot flare - we are not all exactly the same and it’s best to experiment to find what works best for you. 

Few other tips for maximum glute engagement during hip thrusts:- 

✔️ Use equipment that will set you up for a good hip thrust, ie bench height, bumper plates 
 • ✔️ Do not over extend your back at the top of the rep, aim for a strong posterior pelvic tilt
 • ✔️ Time under Tension (TUT)
