Start with your arms extended straight above your chest, keeping a slight bend in your elbows. Execution:  Slowly lower the dumbbells outward in an arc-like motion until they are at chest level or slightly below. Your arms should resemble a wide "hugging" position. Engage your chest muscles to bring the dumbbells back to the starting position, keeping the motion smooth and controlled. Form Tips:  Avoid locking your elbows to prevent joint strain. Maintain a neutral spine and avoid arching your back during the movement. Focus on squeezing your chest muscles at the top of the motion. The chest fly is an effective isolation exercise that targets the pectoralis major muscles
	1.	Grab your dumbbells: Use a weight you can control for 10-15 reps.
	2.	Bend forward at the hips: Keep a slight bend in your knees, and hinge at your hips so your torso is at about a 45-degree angle. Keep your back flat.
	3.	Raise the dumbbells out to the sides: Lift them in a controlled motion, leading with your elbows. Keep a slight bend in your arms. Focus on squeezing your rear delts at the top of the movement.
	4.	Lower with control: Slowly bring the dumbbells back to the starting position. Repeat for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
	5.	Keep it smooth! Avoid swinging or using momentum—let those rear delts do the work.
