#newyear #dalpakwan @nestasia_in Every Sindhi household has a different way of making Dal Pakwan. Here is how i made it. For Dal- Soak chana dal for few hours & pressure cook (5-6 whistles) adding salt & turmeric till its mushy. Mix it throughly. Add pinch of cumin powder, pepper powder, amchur, garam masala. For tadka, in oil add cumin seeds, heeng, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilies & red chilly powder. For Pakwan take sev puri’s puri like i have. For serving, on the puri, layer the dal. Add tamarind chatney, green coriander chutney, sliced or chopped onion & lemon juice. Garnish with chopped coriander & pomegranate seeds and Enjoy. New year
