Spicy garlic chutney🥵 Ingredients - Soaked red chillies - 15-20 Garlic - 1 bulb  Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1tbsp Salt to taste  Oil - 3tbsp Lemon juice - 1/2 . Warning ‼️ it way too spicyyyyy I suggest if you are having it with dumplings/momos dilute it with warm water you can also add little sugar and soya sauce for flavour. Momos are one of my favourite styles of dumplings. I’ve added some mozzarella to mine to make them extra cheesy and they are great. The chutney is actually so freaking good so do not skip that I beg of u  Dough 500g plain flour 1/4 tsp salt 250 ml  Combine the flour and water and knead into a dough. Allow it to rest for 30 mins.  Filling 6 Garlic Cloves 2 Tsp Chilli Powder 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp Coriander Powder 4 Spring Onions 1 Carrot ½ Cabbage (About 300g) 1 Green Pepper 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce 4 Tbsp Sesame Oil 250g Paneer 250g Ball Mozzarella  Full recipe in the link below!

jhol:
 • 3 tbsp soy beans
 • 2 tbsp peanuts
 • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
 • - toast till golden and set aside
 • 2 tbsp oil
 • 1 tsp cumin seeds
 • 1 tsp peppercorns
 • 7 dried red chilli
 • 1 inch ginger
 • 7 cloves garlic
 • 1 red onion
 • - sauté till fragrant and golden
 • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
 • 1 tbsp chilli powder
 • 2 tomatoes salt

- cover and cook for 7-10 min till all the raw smell is gone and it looks saucy

blend with:
 • handful of coriander juice of 1/2 lemon
 • 1 1/2 cup water
 • Layer: 
 • jhol achar - momo - momo sauce a chilli oil - green onions - sesame seeds

1.In a blender add tomato, dry red chillies and garlic cloves and blend it into a fine paste. 2.Take a pan and add finely chopped garlic and onion till they are golden brown. Add tomato paste and cook it till oil comes on the top. 3.Add salt to taste and some sauces i.e veeba’s bhuj jholakia sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and ketchup. 4.In a steamer, cook the Prasuma Momos. Once cooked toss them into the sauce. Enjoy in this in a chilly weather!

How beautiful are these?❤️ For the momos stuffing : - 2 tsp oil. - 5-6 cloves garlic (finely chopped). - 1/2 inch ginger (finely chopped). - 1/2 cup spring onion whites and greens (finely chopped). Or a regular onion. - 1/2 cup cabbage (finely chopped). - 2 carrots (finely chopped). - 1/4th cup broccoli (finely chopped & optional). - 1 capsicum (finely chopped). - Salt to taste. - 1 tsp black pepper powder. - 2 tsp green chilli or red chilli sauce. - 2 tsp dark soy sauce.
