CHILLI POTATO | HONEY CHILLI POTATO
Cafe style cheese corn balls recipe :  For stuffing :  In a chopper/blender roughly crush :  1 cup cooked corn, 2 green chillies, 4-5 cloves garlic, 1/2 inch ginger.  Mix the above with :  2 potatoes (boiled & grated), 1/2 cup paneer (grated, optional),  3-4 tsp fresh coriander leaves, 1/2 cup grated processed cheese, 1/2 cup capsicum (finely chopped and strained through a muslin cloth to remove moisture), 1 tsp each of salt, black pepper, oregano and chilli flakes + 3 tbsp bread crumbs.   Make equal sized round balls. Stuff mozzarella cheese inside each and close.   For slurry : 5 tbsp cornflour, 5 tbsp maida, salt and pepper to taste + 1.5 cups water.   Coat the balls in the slurry and then in breadcrumbs. Pop in the freezer for 10-15 mins and then deep fry until crispy.
