What is 75 Hard? 👇🏻

“75 Hard is a transformative mental toughness program”

For 75 days straight, you must complete these daily: 
• two 45 minute workouts (one must be outdoors)
• follow a diet 
• no alcohol or cheat meals
• drink 1 gallon of water 
• read 10 pages, nonfiction (audiobooks do not count)
• take a progress picture 

Zero compromise. Zero substitutions.

If you miss any of these, you start over on day 1!
