A super-cute card for a football-fanatic. It features a die-cut football jersey with 'HBD’ on it (and could have a number added for the age etc- see last photo). It also has a hand-foiled 'Happy Birthday' sentiment all set on a football pitch background. This design can be customised. The message, text colour and jersey colour can be changed to suit as could the number on the back of the jersey. Due to limited space on the jersey, names can only be changed to words of 3 letters or less...
