Made from a beautiful piece of redwood log that had an odd deformation. I didn't want to cut it out and end up with a smaller more curved bowl I wanted to make it a feature of this piece. It turned out beautifully and displays very well. Can be used as a coffee table candy dish or serving bowl. It is food safe.
