Take a few simple ingredients most grain-free foodies have on hand, stick them in a blender, swirl them around the cast iron, cook for a minute, flip, cook for another minute, and fill with whatever your little heart desires. I like to fill them with nut butter, bananas, and chocolate chips, my kiddos prefer pb & j. However you like 'em, they're tasty enough to be a treat and easy enough to be a frequent one... ;)
