Among all the subjects he is given to photograph, Ludwig Favre is particularly fond of the great landscapes of the United States. Appreciating the grazing lights of the evenings and mornings, in the interstice of the golden hours, the artist brings, not without a certain nostalgia, a soft tone to his images which evoke the passage of time.
