Love in a Mist takes inspiration from Puck’s mischief, his interfering and potion use has everyone’s love in a mist and a mix. A clear and uncluttered, stocking stitch body becomes a web of romantic lace interspersed with jewel-like beads. No mist here though, it is easy to see how simple and lovely this little shawl is; pretty as a picture and a piece of cake to knit. This crescent shaped lace shawl begins at the bottom edge with a picot cast on, followed by a lovely border of gently curved lace, which gives the shawl a pretty scalloped bottom edge. The body of the shawl is an array of eyelets that are worked in short rows to create the crescent shape.
