Certified Athletic Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Athletic Trainer. The ATC will provide hands-on manual therapy care and fitness training to help people recover from injury, avoid surgery, or rehabilitate after surgery. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with patients to design and execute individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary teamwork directly with the physician and rehab team to support athletes in achieving their physical performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in athletic training and rehabilitation, with the ability to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Strong knowledge of Injury Prevention and Prevention strategies.
  • Proficiency in strength & conditioning techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC).
  • Experience working with high-performance athletes is a plus
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, effective care

Physical Therapist

Role Description

Full-time (or possibly job share) on-site role for a Physical Therapist interested in helping people excel in sports, avoid surgery, recover from injury and surgical procedures. Our goal is to help people to avoid injury and if injured they become fitter, faster and stronger than they were before they were hurt.

Qualifications

  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist in California with at least 2 years of experience
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Strong manual skills and desire to work with a team
  • Dedication to helping patients excel
  • Desire to provide both guidance and hands-on manual therapy to help patients recover faster
