Dylab - Atoms for Peace
With Atoms for Peace, dyLAB smashes together percussive particles into 5 tracks of high intensity techno embodied with acid. “Energetic Earth” is an overdriven 13 minute percussive odyssey. “Building Material” takes a sharp turn into serious house vibes. Undersea Frontiers turns the acid up to 11 with screaming 303 lines orbiting driving techno rhythms. ”Electronic Intelligence” sparse blasts of noise and bleeps attract and repel, fusion and fission imperfectly balanced. “Triga” slams metallic industrial snares over the buzz of atomic electricity. The EP closes with Ear Mind Eye’s Akula remix of “Undersea Frontiers” taking the 303’s acid line into trance territory concluding in a catastrophic meltdown.

Domum Sinica by Acidalius
Slice presents Acidalius' new Ep Domum Sinica. A regular artist of Acid Slice nights in Melbourne and much like his live sets - this release brings a vibrant groove - laced with acid.
These recordings are from the last years' of the Pre-pandemic Period, during which Acidalius was constantly travelling between Australia and China with only his trusty Digitakt for company.
The tracks reflect on his experience of constant transition between the windy, pristine Victorian Southern Ocean coastlines (where Acidalius and Modal reside), the mega-city Shanghai (home of Prismatic Force/Shanghai Ultra), and rustic rural small towns of Jiangsu and Anhui Province.

Son of Zev - Into the Wilderness EP
"Into the Wilderness" is Son of Zev’s second EP since moving out of the inner urban areas of Melbourne to the forested foothills of the Dandenong ranges.
This EP is a melding of Son of Zev’s industrial techno sounds with the space and elements experienced living in the mountains.
Blending acid, techno and industrial influences with his history in ethnomusicology and jazz, this EP stretches the Son of Zev into a deeper introspective zone, while maintaining a dance floor aesthetic.
Also featuring remixes from Ear Mind Eye and Sikander.

We will be launching our first Acid Slice compilation with Acidchicken Records on the night with some physical available at the event and online on ur Bandcamp Store. Indeed, a large bucket of acid with a splash of Star Wars. May the Fourth be with you. Always.
We welcome to Acid Slice, Composite Cone. With releases on Machine Label , he makes his live debut at Acid Slice. Composite Cone bleeds through days in hibernation into the bliss of night where his machines abide him, offering up their algorithms like secrets from the vault of time. We are eagerly anticipating hearing what he and is machines unleash.

BLK KVR will be bringing his trademark sound and style, driving rhythms, pulsating leads and spacey ambience. An intricate balance of wildness and restraint, as he takes Acid Slice through the sonic universe.
Dylab with releases on Slice Records, Jack Trax, New York Haunted , DETROIT UNDERGROUND and many others will be taking breaks, rave and a whole bunch of machines through an Acid orbit. That ain't no moon.
Jess Sneddon is a full time designer, part time DJ who grew up on a steady diet of 80s synth pop and punk. Coming from a DIY background, she blends genres from experimental to cosmic chug and hard-edged body music. We are excited to hear her slice of acid.
MODAL is the techno delivery system of Skwid. A lifetime of dedicated experience, endlessly exploring organic synthesised sounds, working harmoniously with a naturally electric stage presence, we are excited to explore the diverse soundscapes and full power bass energies of MODAL.
