Currently one click transfer is supported on Apple Devices with iOS 18 or newer. 

Before attempting a one click transfer we recommend the following:

1. Back up your device: Steps HERE
2. Check your Software version by navigating to Settings>General>Software update to determine if there is updated software available. We recommend you update to the newest SW before transferring, iOS 18 or newer is required to support transfer.
3. Ensure your device has a passcode enabled. This is required for a one click sim transfer. If you do not have one assigned: Steps HERE
4. When powering on your new device and walking through set up, the new device must be attached to wifi to support  the transfer.
