A Tulipatooie is a sundew enemy in Wario World. It is encountered in only one level—the Thrillsville level Beanstalk Way. Tulipatooies spit out Glue Globes before sucking them back up constantly. A Tulipatooie can be bypassed if Wario sticks to the Glue Globe as it comes out and jumps off immediately lest he take damage. Tulipatooies cannot be attacked, nor can they be defeated.
A Tulipatooie has similar behavior and design concept to Ptooies, which blow spiked balls over their head.

(Romanization: Kuchi kara Kuttsuki Bōru o hai tari suttari suru. Hakidasu shunkan o neratte taimingu yoku janpu shite kuttsuki, mukōgishi e janpu shiyou.)
(Translation: It sticks the Glue Globes to its mouth and spits or inhales them. Aim for the moment it spits the ball, then jump at the right moment to stick to it and jump to the other side of the river.)
Naming[edit]
"Tulipatooie" is a portmanteau of "tulip" and "ptooie", an onomatopoeia for spitting. As such, a Tulipatooie has a similar name to Ptooies.
