1. If you subscribe to the MOSHPIT newsletter, MOSHPIT will collect your email address. If you would like to unsubscribe from the MOSHPIT newsletter, you may do so at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of every newsletter or Contact Us and we will do it for you.
2. We use cookies and analytic tools on MOSHPIT to collect information about you. This information can be used to improve the performance of the site and enhance your user experience. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
MOSHPIT uses personal information in the following ways. First, to send you the MOSHPIT newsletter if you choose, or have chosen in the past, to subscribe to the newsletter. You may unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time. Second, MOSHPIT uses cookies to understand how our customers both use and interact with MOSHPIT. For example, we use technology on MOSHPIT that records user movements, which pages are most popular, and how navigation options are used. This helps us to identify usability issues and improve the site navigation for users and is also used for aggregated and statistical reporting purposes. WHO DOES MOSHPIT SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH

HOW LONG WILL MOSHPIT RETAIN PERSONAL INFORMATION
MOSHPIT will retain the majority of your personal information for as long as your email subscription is active – this allows you to continue accessing MOSHPIT products and services. If you unsubscribe we may delete elements of the information associated with your email address.
LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
MOSHPIT only uses personal information where we have a lawful basis for doing so. First, if you subscribe to our newsletters, we ask for your consent before adding your email address to MOSHPIT’s subscriber list. As noted earlier, MOSHPIT’s predecessor company newsletter subscribers will be receive the MOSHPIT newsletter – any subscriber may unsubscribe at any time. Second, where MOSHPIT has a legitimate business interest, for example, if MOSHPIT becomes aware of copyright infringements we may identify those responsible. Third, if there is a contractual necessity or legal requirement, MOSHPIT may process and retain personal information. MOSHPIT takes due care to balance its interests against your right to privacy.
