Everyone's obsessing over AI writing their cold emails. Meanwhile their domains are burned, mailboxes aren't rotated, and deliverability is tanking without them knowing. The best cold email in the world means nothing if it lands in spam. That's the part nobody wants to talk about. Because it's boring. It's infrastructure management. Monitoring. Rotating senders before they go stale. Pulling reports across 5 different tools just to understand what's working. We used to do all of this manually. Spreadsheets, daily checks, gut feeling. Now we have AI agents handling all of it. No code. No external tools. You just tell it what you need in plain words. It's like having a campaign ops person who never sleeps and never misses a signal P.S. Smartlead has SmartAgents which does EXACTLY this. We've been running it for a few weeks now. Worth a look 😉 I made an iceberg to show what I mean ↓

Exactly 👌 Most of the time, the email copy gets all the credit. But what about the effort put in to make sure it actually lands in the primary inbox? It takes strategy, testing, technical setup, and consistent optimization to make sure the message is seen before it’s even read. As you said ...If the email si written in the best way ...It is useless if it doesn't land in the primary folder Thibault Garcia 🔸

Can't do sh*t without the tech stack these days.. We'll need software to poop soon

rotating mailboxes is a full time job if you do it manually. glad someone is automating the boring bits

Imagine trying to do cold email from a weak domain. Your emails won't even land in the inboxes you're trying to reach.

Thibault Garcia 🔸, it's impressive how ai is transforming the behind-the-scenes work of email campaigns.

People obsess over messaging, but deliverability is the silent dealbreaker. AI can write perfect emails, but if your domains aren’t rotated and inbox health isn’t monitored, nothing lands.

Copy gets the applause, infrastructure gets the results

Yup. Infra first, then copy, that’s what keeps meetings coming.

Spam filters have no mercy. Automate or perish.
