You can edit (text only) or delete a sent message in a conversation on LinkedIn Messaging within 60 minutes of sending it.
Once edited, the edited message will display an Edited label next to it.
Once deleted:

The message can’t be retrieved.

The message is removed for all participants.

A note that says This message has been deleted appears in the conversation.
Important to know
To edit or delete a message:

Click the
Messaging icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.- You can also click on the messaging conversation window at the lower-right corner of your LinkedIn homepage.

Open a conversation.

Move your cursor over the message and click the
More icon. -
From here, you can:
- Click Edit to make changes to your message and click Save.
- Click Delete and confirm Delete from the pop-up to remove the message.
To edit or delete a message:
