Miles Konstantin began his builder journey as a webmaster for a Childish Gambino fan site. Today, he’s Harmonic’s Head of Automation & Tooling. https://lnkd.in/gC3n3Q63 Miles wasn’t always building software. He started as a webmaster in High School. In college, he partnered with his roommates who studied Computer Science, and together they were hired by Childish Gambino himself. Miles worked as the Creative Technical Director where he conceptualized ideas, and the engineering side brought them to life. But when he joined startup discovery platform Harmonic as a generalist, he tried Retool, and the barriers that prevented him from building immediately broke down. We sat down with Miles to learn about the 15 agents, 100+ workflows, and 33 internal apps he built, how he turned a $20k a year SaaS tool into a workflow, and how platforms such as Retool allow companies like Harmonic the opportunity to build bespoke tools that allow them to move faster and punch above their weight.
