Tech Creator (400k+) with 8M+ monthly views | Ex-LinkedIn, Meta, Figma | Solopreneur, TEDx Speaker & Angel Investor helping you thrive at work using AI

I’ve grown my LinkedIn to 259K+ followers in < 2 years. But here’s the more impressive part: I went from $0 to $30-60K months. In that time, I’ve landed: ↳ coaching clients ↳ book deal inquiries ↳ dream brand partnerships ↳ speaking gigs (including TEDx) ↳ and so many doors I didn’t even know existed… Building my personal brand has been the single best investment OF. MY. LIFE. But here’s the truth: none of this would’ve been possible without systems. Systems that help me convert leads into sales, stay organized, and run my multiple 6-fig business. As a solopreneur, I needed a way to handle contracts without going back and forth, collect payments quickly without chasing and create a seamless experience without burning out. That’s why I love tools like PandaDoc — they make it easy to handle the business side of being a creator so I can focus on the creative side. They provided the foundation to drive consistent revenue and managing the operations without sacrificing the client experience. When you’re a business owner, momentum is everything. If you’ve been thinking about building a sustainable business before 2025 ends, consider this your sign to start. It’s 100% worth it. 🫶 #PandaDocPartner

Senior Account Executive @ LinkedIn | Helping sellers build systems to perform their best in sales & life | Creator & Speaker

Most sellers can agree:   There is nothing worse than having to waste hours on proposals, quotes and sending docs back and forth to your prospects   Especially when you have to continue going back and forth on revisions   I’m partnering with PandaDoc in this video to share how they are solving for this   I leverage templates all of the time when working with brands & coaching clients - I can customize one of their ready-to-use templates in seconds instead of trying to create my own from scratch.   It’s hard to find time back in the day when you’re in sales, but PandaDoc makes that easy when it comes to generating quotes, sending docs & proposals.   Check out PandaDoc today! #PandaDocPartner

📣 NOW LIVE: PandaDoc’s first ever partner directory! 🤝 New to PandaDoc and need some hands-on support? Long time PandaDoc user looking to maximize efficiency? Check out our experts here: https://lnkd.in/e8X3d67Y This has been a long time coming, and I’m so proud of our team for all the hard work behind the scenes creating a brand new co-selling and co-servicing program that drives real impact for our internal teams, and our customers. David Chang Jake Schapiro Colton Mitz Dustin Anglen Dan Reiff For many years, PandaDoc’s partner program was purely affiliate based. Over the last almost two years, we have been working to rewrite this into a true channel program. With the launch of PandaDoc CPQ about a year ago, we knew this was going to be the real driving force for our co-servicing motion. We needed strong technical partners that work with our top CRM partners HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. CRM configuration is the backbone of a solid CPQ framework, and we knew our customers would need these experts to get the most out of PandaDoc CPQ with their CRM. We’ve intentionally kept our solutions partner ecosystem small. We wanted close collaboration, and partners that were willing to figure this out with us. Quality > Quantity I’m so proud to highlight those partners today in our new directory, along with some newer names who are starting to go deeper with us. Thank you to the cross functional PandaDoc teams who helped to get this program off the ground, and continue to champion the partner team: solutions engineering, sales, account management, customer success, marketing, product, RevOps. Especially Jenny Pak & Asim Siddiqi who kept us on track. 🫶 As we move into this next phase of our partner program, we are looking for more technical services partners to help us with the more complex technical requests we receive from customers – things like custom integrations, data migrations, custom workflows, and ad hoc technical advisory. If you’re interested, drop me a note in the comments, and we’ll set up some time to chat through what we’re currently working on, where we’re headed, and how we can collaborate. And a final thank you to the PartnerPage team, Dave Mowbray & Ali Winberry, for making the set up of our directory so easy. We needed something that was simple, easy to use, and a team that could support design requests for us. PartnerPage ticked all of our boxes and has been so great to work with. Time to keep building 🧱

  • Hey RevOps, You didn’t sign up for the chaos. But the bottlenecks, messy approvals, and last-minute redlines keep piling up. PandaDoc was built to make RevOps feel like it should: clear, compliant, and actually in control. Try it for yourself.

We cut proposal response time by 60% and reactivated 20% of lost deals. How? with just one move: better follow-up. We know that proposal decks get buried in inboxes. Buyers forget what you sent, AEs left chasing the same names for weeks. Not fun! So we looked for a way to rebuild the process. And we came across: AI Deal Rooms. It is basically a centralized room where the buyer can find everything related to the deal: - Proposal or pricing - Demo recap - Case studies - Next steps The AI layer makes the room dynamic: - Pulls in call notes automatically after meetings - Personalizes summaries and intros for each buyer - Tracks engagement (who viewed what, when, and for how long) - Triggers follow-ups when buyers reopen, share, or revisit the content Here’s how we run it now at SalesCaptain 👇 1️⃣ Meeting ends Call notes, key pains, and next steps are summarized automatically (PandaDoc natively, Fathom.ai, HubSpot meeting notes..etc) 2️⃣ A deal room opens instantly in PandaDoc Proposal, demo recap, and case study, all in one link. Each room starts with a short video from the AE (Loom, Tella) 3️⃣ Email goes out fast No “we’ll send it next week.” AEs hit send in minutes. 4️⃣ Signals start tracking We see when buyers open the room, how long they stay, and who else views it (PandaDoc) 5️⃣ Follow-ups trigger on actions - Pricing opened → Slack ping (Zapier). - Proposal revisited → “Still exploring?” check-in. - Old deal reopened → nurture sequence. The results we've seen so far are: → Proposal response rate up 30% → Lost deals re-engaged 20% more → Sales cycles shorter, cleaner, easier to track (the way sales cycles should be) Buyers get one link with everything they need. Reps stop chasing, and focus on closing. I’m seeing this setup change how fast teams follow up and how often buyers come back. If you haven’t tested AI Deal Rooms yet, it’s worth exploring. Shoutout to PandaDoc for this feature. #salesops #revops #salescycle #gtm #pandadoc
