I had the wonderful opportunity to co-author an AI adoption post with Evan Smith and Maria Vasiliadis Medina at Starburst. We took a step back and took an objective look at how to successfully drive AI adoption, and repeatedly came back to the same thing: business value. But despite the investment and excitement, many AI projects stall before reaching production. In fact, studies show that fewer than half of AI initiatives make it that far.
