Kubota’s Agri Concept Selected as One of the World’s Top 100 Designs Last year marked the 100th anniversary of the Hague System, the international design registration framework administered by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). To celebrate, WIPO selected 100 iconic designs that represent the century of global innovation. Kubota is proud to share that our Agri Concept machine was among those selected—chosen from more than two million registrations across 99 regions. As the only agricultural machine on the list, we are honored by this selection, which recognizes our long-standing history of innovation and contributions to design in the field of agricultural machinery. The Agri Concept is more than a robot; it is the embodiment of our vision for a sustainable, autonomous future in agriculture. “Focus & Breakthrough” – Kubota Announces Its New Mid-Term Business Plan 2030 This week, we announced our new mid-term business plan 2030. We have positioned the five years leading up to 2030 as a "Focus & Breakthrough" period, during which we will implement qualitative improvements to our management. We will strategically expand our business while improving efficiency and achieve sustainable growth in corporate value. Three main measures we plan to take are as follows: (1) Selection and concentration of management resources, (2) Strategic financial management with a focus on the balance sheet, and (3) Strong global foundation to support future growth. “Focus & Breakthrough” – toward an organization that embraces challenge. Researchers on Smart Agriculture: Six Years of Progress and Where Things Stand Now – KUBOTA STORIES Two leaders of smart agriculture in Japan, Hokkaido University Professor Noboru Noguchi and Kubota Senior Technical Advisor Satoshi Iida (title as of 2025), held a conversation on smart agriculture. Their conversation will be presented in two parts.
