“𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲” That’s how The Washington Post chose to open its look at Israeli defense tech - leading with Kela Technologies and a quote from Hamutal Meridor. This piece captures the global reality of modern warfare. Battlefields that move at the speed of software, require technologies that are tested, adapted, and improved in real time. And in this reality Israel is far less isolated than it may appear from the outside. Coverage like this shows that Kela - and the Israeli defense tech eco-system as a whole - are not only at the forefront of the field, but are cementing Israel's international standing as an indispensable defense partner. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 real 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. If your job is supporting users in demanding operational environments, the measure is one question: 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴? We surveyed dozens of 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. The result was clear: • 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 for overall platform satisfaction • 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 on our Mission Ops / Customer Success team We’re proud of the result because it reflects trust earned under real operational conditions. This is how you build it: 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽, 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘆, 𝗳𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿-𝘁𝗼-𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 with the people using the system when it matters. Massive credit to our Tech Ops & Mission Ops teams for the hard, invisible work - making sure we’re delivering real impact where it counts. Alina Hazan Nimrod Naor Etai Leers Avi Sananes Ori Fried Saar Cohen We’ll keep pushing to get better and raising the bar. But it’s also worth pausing to recognize when we’re on the right track.

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. Earlier this week, we hosted a small roundtable with founders and CEOs building in the Israeli defense tech ecosystem. The goal was to create a space for all of us grappling with similar challenges to find out where collaboration can make the difference between struggling alone or moving forward together. What stood out most was the openness in the room. There was a genuine willingness to share friction points, trade hard-won lessons, and think seriously about how this ecosystem can evolve. This was just the first step. We look forward to deepening the collaboration and working together toward a shared purpose. More to come. Proud moment for Kela Watching Omer Bar-Ilan open the trading day at TASE is a reminder of how far we’ve come - and how much more there is to build. 2026, let’s get to work.
Pressing the button to open the trading day at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange this morning was a truly special moment for me personally. Looking back, 2025 was a year of solid building and progress for Kela. We are entering 2026 with optimism, ready to push further and make this year even more impactful. It’s a privilege to represent Kela together with the best in the business: Anna Bankirer, Alexei (Eli) Khazan, Matan Sokolovsky and Omer Karakukli and alongside other impressive Israeli companies and to play our part in the defense-tech ecosystem. Our focus remains the same: bringing advanced technology to the field, quickly and with a deep sense of mission. Thank you to Guy Franklin and the partners walking this path with us. #Kela #TASE #DefenseTech #IsraelInnovation

𝗧𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 - 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁. Today, our TA Lead & HR partner Einav Shechter took part in a panel on a panel on ״Winning the Hiring Game in 2026: AI, Data, and High-Velocity TA״ as part of the 2026 HR Playbook Summit, hosted by Team Me. Einav shared her view on how AI is impacted Talent Acquisition and HR in 2025 - and best practices to engage with it in 2026. At Kela, we believe that building 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴-𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 - and that requires leaders who combine strategic thinking and ability to constantly learn and adapt. Einav Shechter is exactly that. Before joining Kela Technologies, Einav served as Director of Global Talent Acquisition & HRBP at Mend.io, where she built and scaled the TA function from the ground up. She brings that experience with her - and, just as importantly, shares it openly, reflecting the culture we strive to build. Some of Einav’s key insights from today’s panel: ▪️ AI doesn’t start with tools - it starts with business goals and real pain points ▪️ Experimentation beats perfection: not every AI tool adds value, and that’s okay ▪️ Data and transparency matter more than automation for its own sake ▪️ The real value of AI 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 - 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. Looking ahead, Einav framed 2026 as a shift from 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 to 𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 - when building a team from the ground up AI agents should be viewed as partners and team members, without replacing human judgement. Proud to have you on the team, Einav Shechter - and proud of the standard you set for what modern people leadership looks like.

When the people building the systems are the same people who’ve lived the mission, everything changes - speed, priorities, and what “good enough” actually means. Veteran-led teams don’t just build faster. They build for reality. Proud to see this perspective articulated so clearly.
“𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗲.” That’s the core of my new op-ed in The Washington Times: Modern Warfare Demands Warfighter-Driven Innovation. The best defense startups are veteran-led for a simple reason: 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. You cannot build for a battlefield you’ve never stood in. There’s a difference between observing a system and living inside it. Between writing requirements - and watching them fail under pressure. Veterans don’t just move faster. They see problems, prioritize differently, and 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 - 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆.

A sobering reminder of the gravity of our purpose - protecting the home front, wherever home may be.
As the holiday season begins, I hoped to write something joyful about light and resilience. Instead, we received heartbreaking news from Australia: fifteen innocent people were murdered at a candle-lighting ceremony. It’s a painful reminder that the home front is now the front line. Protecting civilians across the free world has never been more urgent. This Hanukkah, we light our candles knowing that from darkness comes light - and that it’s on us to bring it.

Kela is proud to collaborate with Neros Technologies on 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿 - the world’s first NDAA-compliant 𝗳𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗣𝗩 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲. 🇮🇱🇺🇸 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲-𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Bringing specialized fiber built to stay resilient in the harshest electronic warfare conditions. With components fully secure, and 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗨𝗔𝗦 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁, this partnership reflects the 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱-𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 working in concert. As with everything we build, this collaboration draws on lessons from the field - rapid iteration, real operator feedback, and testing in live theatres. That DNA is how we make systems that keep performing when circumstances shift. Proud to stand alongside partners and the investors who support this mission, including David Cahn, Brandon Reeves, Clayton Williams, Stephen Rodriguez, and everyone at Sequoia Capital, Lux Capital, IQT Partnership isn’t an accessory to defense innovation - it’s the engine. More to come.

“𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲” On Monday at Defense Tech Week, our president, Hamutal Meridor, laid out our vision for the future: 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱. Defense at startup speed is fast, open, and modular - but above all, 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻. ▪️ Driven by people who stand at the edge of the fight and build with purpose. ▪️ By the 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀 bridging operations and engineering, turning frontline needs into deployable solutions ▪️ By builders who know that our strongest advantage is 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - between sensors, between systems, between vendors and between allied nations committed to the same mission - 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱. Defense at startup speed won’t come from isolated silos. It will come from people who choose to collaborate, adapt, and know why they build - and who they build for. If this vision speaks to you, we invite you to join us. 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: https://lnkd.in/dVTQqTFA
