This piece captures the global reality of modern warfare. Battlefields that move at the speed of software, require technologies that are tested, adapted, and improved in real time. And in this reality Israel is far less isolated than it may appear from the outside. Coverage like this shows that Kela - and the Israeli defense tech eco-system as a whole - are not only at the forefront of the field, but are cementing Israel's international standing as an indispensable defense partner. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 real 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. If your job is supporting users in demanding operational environments, the measure is one question: 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴? 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. Earlier this week, we hosted a small roundtable with founders and CEOs building in the Israeli defense tech ecosystem. The goal was to create a space for all of us grappling with similar challenges to find out where collaboration can make the difference between struggling alone or moving forward together. What stood out most was the openness in the room. There was a genuine willingness to share friction points, trade hard-won lessons, and think seriously about how this ecosystem can evolve. 𝗧𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 - 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁. Today, our TA Lead & HR partner Einav Shechter took part in a panel on a panel on ״Winning the Hiring Game in 2026: AI, Data, and High-Velocity TA״ as part of the 2026 HR Playbook Summit, hosted by Team Me. Einav shared her view on how AI is impacted Talent Acquisition and HR in 2025 - and best practices to engage with it in 2026. At Kela, we believe that building 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴-𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 - and that requires leaders who combine strategic thinking and ability to constantly learn and adapt. Einav Shechter is exactly that. Before joining Kela Technologies, Einav served as Director of Global Talent Acquisition & HRBP at Mend.io, where she built and scaled the TA function from the ground up. She brings that experience with her - and, just as importantly, shares it openly, reflecting the culture we strive to build. Looking ahead, Einav framed 2026 as a shift from 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 to 𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 - when building a team from the ground up AI agents should be viewed as partners and team members, without replacing human judgement.
