High Pressure Fogging System

Our high pressure fogging system consists of a high pressure pump (120 bar), a 100 litre mixing tank and a control cabinet, built on one frame. Ecosorb concentrate is mixed into the mixing tank with a manually adjustable dosing pump, which is fixed on the mixing tank. You can see a picture of the system on the left.

The diluted Ecosorb/water mixture is lead to a nozzle manifold (for applications with an offgas channel) or a nozzle circulation line (for applications around large surfaces, i.e. a biofilter) in a high pressure hose pipe. The length of the hose pipe and of the nozzle lance are fitted to the customers specifications.
