  • LEXUS DRIVING SIGNATURE

                                                                                        More economical and environmentally friendly than conventional compact SUVs, the new Hybrid impresses with its exceptional smoothness and near-silent driving. The UX 300h exhibits the unique Lexus Driving Signature that owes much to months of testing with the same Lexus ‘Takumi’ master driver who put the awe-inspiring LC coupé through its paces. The result is an athleticism you do not expect of a compact SUV.

  • 5th GENERATION LEXUS HYBRID 

    The UX 300h’s new Hybrid technology combines a super-efficient 2.0-litre petrol engine with high-output electric motor(s), increasing system power to 199 DIN hp. With excellent fuel economy and EV driving, yet with no range issues, acceleration is now even faster and smoother, thanks to a newly developed lithium-ion battery. When you start off and at lower speeds, the powerful front electric motor propels the UX 300h. At this point you are enjoying an all-electric drive.

  • IMPROVED HYBRID TRANSAXLE

                                                                                    This new hybrid transmission connects the petrol engine to an electric motor/generator and boasts over 25% less internal friction than previous Lexus systems, achieving excellent fuel consumption, quietness and driving performance. The weight of the transaxle case has also been reduced by 20%.

A newly developed lithium-ion battery features a more compact and lightweight design, yet 15% higher output compared to the previous nickel-metal hydride battery. Excellent acceleration performance and fuel economy is the result. The battery’s location below the UX 300h’s rear seat allows for substantial boot space, while also contributing to the car’s low centre of gravity.
SAFETY

  • Lexus Safety System +

    The UX 300h benefits from the advanced active safety and driver assistance systems featured in the latest generation of Lexus Safety System +. These include a Driver Monitor that checks drivers for signs of fatigue and Proactive Driving Assist, which prepares brakes and steering to keep a safe distance from other road users and objects.

    Even when you reach your destination, other road users are cared for: Safe Exit Assist gives a warning to prevent occupants (front and rear) from opening their door in the event of traffic such as cars or cyclists approaching from the rear.

  • Pre-collision system / emergency steering assist

    The enhanced Lexus Pre-Collision System allows more potential collisions to be avoided, such as at left/right turns and cut-in traffic. Should you try to avoid a pedestrian when a collision is imminent, Emergency Steering Assist will support your steering movements to enhance the UX 300h’s stability and prevent accidental lane departure.

  • Dynamic radar cruise control / Road sign assist

    This system uses a millimetre-wave radar sensor and camera to detect the vehicle in front and maintain an appropriate distance. If the vehicle in front comes to a halt, the UX 300h will stop too. When the vehicle moves off again, you will too. It quickly recognises traffic cutting in front and, in conjunction with Lane Tracing Assist, follows a more natural line through bends. Road Sign Assist (RSA) recognises traffic signs and provides you with valuable information. When linked to Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, your car’s speed can be adjusted according to the limit recognised by RSA.

  • Beauty Meets Function 

    Lexus designers worked tirelessly to create a striking luxury compact SUV with an electrifying dynamic appeal. Their efforts are to be found even in the small details, like the unique rear LED combination light, whose stylish aerodynamic form contributes to handling and performance. This is where beauty meets function, and it’s at the heart of the UX 300h. The UX entices more than ever. Its dynamic, lean look is emphasised by sporty 18” alloys.

  • F SPORT Design

    With new paintwork choices, the UX entices more than ever. Adding new zest to the UX range, and available as an option for F SPORT Design models only, you can choose between Sonic Titanium and Sapphire Blue. 

The rear combination light on the UX 300h has an advanced design that is not only eye-catching but also aerodynamically efficient. Fins are integrated into the light to reduce air pressure changes by about 16%, contributing to excellent rear stability during cornering as well as in side winds. For a distinctive look, a continuous single line of light is formed by 120 LEDs, tapering gently towards the centre and measuring just 3 mm at the narrowest point.
INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY

Faster and easier to use, with improved resolution on the large 12.3 touchscreens (Lexus Link Pro with embedded navigation), Lexus Link Multimedia uses cloud navigation to regularly update your maps and traffic data. With options such as ‘Point Of Interest’ search, the system also includes an electronic owner’s manual. To enhance your experience, services such as online traffic, weather forecasts, parking and petrol station search are available.
