Price for the "Ordinary Edition" was $11.00 until November 1, 1982 and $15.00 thereafter. Price for the slipcase copies was $40.00 until November 1, 1982 and $48.00 thereafter (or for non-subscribers). This was the last of the "small" books or "Chapbook Edition Series" as they referred to it. Cheap Street went on to produce elaborate, decorative editions from here on.
