I'm sorry but this movie was a masterpiece. Biggest props to the little girl amazing acting honestly. Creepy, thrilling, funny this movie makes the perfect horror movie, a little bit of gore, a little bit of action, a little bit of mystery, an underrated hidden gem of a movie! The intro had me laughig before it was even thirty seconds in, a very adult swim/idiocracy esq fake advertisment, this movie wastes no time getting into being exciting/entertaining, I'd suggest it for all horror fans alike and would especially recommend it as an i.ntroduction for a young teen to the horror genre! Also the sound track was suprisingly well thought out for the aesthetic and placment of the film.

Characters are void of logic, bad acting, bad casting, bad production, bad writing, bad editing, bad music, bad cgi, bad gore effects, bad movie, how this film was in cinemas is beyond me, however it's fun to make fun of and was tolerable most of the way through and somewhat entertaining over all, got a few laughs throughout, i definitely believe the real gripper for this film is that it's based on a true story that is absolutely ridiculous and, in turn, the movie itself is definitely a ridiculous re telling of the events. If that many people died and in so many tragic ways in real life i feel it may be very very insensitive to the families of those who had their lives lost and to those who lost their lives themselves, for well the fact its a comedy slasher movie, as well as that it is a bit of a gore fest, but films with what i consider "bad gore effects" usually are gore fests and in my opinion without reason for being gore fests (i.e, our movie is about a bear slaughtering people, there was only one true death by bear, a fair few attacks but what i found to be the goriest scenes in this movie were scenes with gun or knive fights oddly enough. Watch it, don't watch it, it's not a history maker for cinema by any stretch of the imagination but it's also not the worst.

Even when an animated show is bad i usually still get into it for one thing at least buuut this one, i dunno man, its just not really that funny, visually its not terrible or anything it has a style and it doesnt look like it was aninated in the back of a moving car but the jokes dont land, they just dont! And our main character is a bit of a pain, not gonna lie, i feel as if it couldve been more entertaining if the aunt was a side character not the main character.
