  • Why no US showing

Why did they refuse to show this in the US? Sounds pretty petty to me.

  • Bad version on Big

A complete waste of time and celluloid ( or tape or DVD or whatever) A tacky remake of of all the switch movies and a cast of minimal talent. I can't believe this dog made a profit? Probably based on all the inflated reviews by shills. Unoriginal plot acting at the elementary level, poor story line. Disjointed plot line also.

  • Good Running Movie

Started out as a predictable football movie but moved to Cross Country. Interesting as this is not a "Macho" sport and would appear to be unappealing to the former football players. Anyway good music and cinematography. As a former High School cross country geek-we NEVER insulted a rival team. We were undefeated my Senior year but we never gloated. The first meet shows the snobby kids from the rich suburban schools gloating. Maybe that's a California thing but we did not do it in Jersey-any you know how nasty we can be at times!!

AS far as the comparison to Chariots of Fire-that was a great movie. How one can knock it! BTW, it won the Emmy that year for best picture and also for best movie theme-so there!!
