I had the impression that at least some of the cast from the original series would be in this reboot based on how this new version was advertised. That, unfortunately, is not the case. There is too much going on in the first episode to get a clear picture as to what is going on. The flashbacks to 2010 don't help. I watched episode #1 and that will be it for me. The story line is not intersting because there is way too much in-fighting going on with little explanation. I was excited to see this reboot but I was very disappointed. In other words, the episode was FLAT at best. That's really too bad.
I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. It held my attention the entire 2 and 1/2 hours. It is a far better movie than the Oscar winner for 2022. "Everything, Everywhere, All at Once" was a joke and not very interesting at all. Jamie Lee Curtis was the only stand out in that turkey.
I'm not too keen on Michelle Williams but she did do a pretty good job in this film. Jud Hirsch was hardly in the movie and received an Oscar nomination...what's up with that? Seth Rogen should have been nominated instead.
Gabriel LaBelle was great in the lead. He will go far as a leading actor. He played Steven Spielberg very well.
