I love the series. Both of them. The movies left a little to be desired. (In some ways, a lot to be desired.) But this one definitely wrapped up the saga nice and tidy. Almost too tidy.
I grant you the remake series should have been done way differently but it could have been worse in my opinion.
I was glad to find both shows on Amazon and now have them in my home and can watch them anytime. SMDM also came with all three tv movies. Couldn't go wrong there.
