This was a cute documentary, and it was made with a lot of love. I saw the movie back in theaters when it was released, and I;m one of those weirdos who throws it on every Xmas when TBS shows it for 24 hours. I also recently saw the sequel "A Christmas Story Christmas" which I cannot recommend enough.
But there are several title cards in the move, for each artifact, movie site, etc, and each time there are these annoying sleigh bells, and they are also in the background for much of the movie. I had to mute them as they started to give me a headache.
I also wish when they pointed out certain scenes they could have shown the clips or even stills from the movie, but I guess that;s a copyright thing.
Fun to watch, annoying to hear.

I've been watching his videos for years, I don't even remember the first time I saw one! His videos are well researched and he does both movies and some TV shows as well. I've even watched his videos about movies that I've never seen, and because of this, I have seen movies that I have never would have given a chance to otherwise. He is a true movie lover who even turned his garage into a replica vintage Blockbuster video store, complete with funky carpet, shelves and shelves of movies, posters on the walls, and memorabilia on display.
Give him a shot, he's sure to have something fun for you to view!

I wanted to like this, I really did. And maybe other episodes are better.
The first woman was/is a CPA. She went to buy a shirt in a thrift store that was $10. When she got to the front, she told the guy that she only had $5 in change and could he lower the price for her. When he said no (as far as I know, stores can't haggle prices), she scooped up her change and said that she would "go elsewhere", as if the guy had been rude to her (and her was actually apologetic and polite). I couldn't after that.
Being frugal or even cheap out of necessity is nothing to be ashamed of. Saving money because you are on a tight budget is nothing to be ashamed of.
But her cheapness seemed to be for the sake of being annoying.
