Being a horror movie fan, as well as a James Woods fan, I found "Vampires", to be a highly entertaining movie. It is one I would watch again, a few weeks from now. I can't say that for too many other films!
Can't understand why this film is not rated at least a 9. It is, in my opinion, one of the best films of '98. I would rate it right up there with "The Usual Suspects" as two of the best movies in recent times!
This is truly one of the best serio- comedies I have ever see! The edited version shown rarely on TV does not do this film justice. If you haven't seen the un-edited version, you're missing an outstanding film. I have been looking for this film for over 20 years, but no luck. I would love to see it again, but it is on "moratorium."
