If you're under 45, you probably won't relate to the jokes.

I believe the criticism comes from people who expect all movies and series to be works of art and have a significant impact on their lives, but in reality, movies and series are meant to distract and relax us after a hard day's work.

Watch it without too much pressure, have a few laughs, and move on.

Like the other reviewers, I myself am a big Kevin Hart fan & always find myself back watching one of his specials. To be honest with you I couldn't even finish this one. I was so excited to watch it and i don't think i even chuckled at one joke. The jokes feel like they were written by ai and performed by what ai think Kevin Hart behaves like. I wouldn't go as far to say that this is his downfall because funny people don't just stop being funny but this set was very bland & felt like it was written the night before. I hope he takes his time & comes back with a banger in a few years time.

The guys a legend but this isnt a good set. I loved Kevin in the roast of Tom Brady but the contrast between this set and that is pretty big. He was reeeaaallly original & funny in that roast.

Its the material, nearly all of it is an anecdotal story that just isnt funny enough. It felt like it was rushed together. I found myself smiling here and there but out of respect for him.

I turned it off half way in as I didnt want to waste my evening.

I hope next times a charm, the dude has funny bones & I will certainly keep watching!

As a big time Kevin Hart fan, this was horrible to watch and this hurts me to say. I've always felt that his stand gets worse the richer he gets. This confirmed it. In 30 minutes, I didn't laugh once. Can't be the same Kevin from the his earlier work. I fell asleep and was very disappointed. This is a big miss and he needs to go back to the drawing board and figure out what works.

Maybe I need to see the older ones of Kevin's specials, but the last 2 and especially this one are really not that funny. No jokes. No real punch lines. Just storytelling and I don't know if he is just not that funny anymore (to me) or it's just his stories that just doesn't resonate with me... I guess I smile a couple of times during this special, but no laughs and was quite bored a lot of the time...
