What is important ? A job ? The tradition? To be accepted after nice studies and after many C.V. send . To respect and be part of your family rules , imposed by your Algerian father living 30 years in Switzerland, or to be the desired Swiss citizen. More important - precision of well craft, the cinematography, storytelling and acting.
