Big Smo

I originally wanted to watch this show because I knew Smo from high school. He was a great guy back then & he is still a great guy. I keep watching it because it is a great family friendly show. It shows the day to day issues these guys face with becoming famous. It also shows us that our dreams may not become reality over night, but hard work is what it takes. Smo has worked toward this dream for a long time. I am so proud that he is living his dream. I love that it shows his family life. Everyone in my family makes sure we are all in front of the TV when it is on. I wish it was an hour long instead of 30 minutes. That would be my only complaint! Keep up the good work!

My husband and I began watching this show because we were familiar with the part of the country it envelopes and because we enjoy the area and its people. The plot lines for the first two episodes seemed a little light, and we would like to have a longer show to develop them more. The "stars" of the show are endearing, however, and the light, positive approach to life is a wonderful reprieve from the heavier news and reality shows we have become accustomed to lately. There are no contests involved, lots of humor, and its an opportunity for others in very different parts of the nation to get a closer look at the people, the culture, and the land. We are actually older, retired folks who don't relate really well to the music of Big Smo, but we can certainly relate to his family and friends (especially "Mama), and the real life situations that can occur when a regular person starts a rise to fame and fortune. I believe this show has potential to catch on!

lemme tell ya all something kinfolk! this man right here BIG SMO is 100% real country deal with a little rap to add the flavor!! we's got Eminem covering the hard stuff and BIG SMO covering the south and country!! WHO COULD ASK FOR ANYTHING BETTER??? now we need to just get them two to collaborate and BAM!! IT'LL BE ON LIKE GRITS ON A Sunday MORNIN BEFORE CHURCH!!! BIG SMO represents the soulful flavor of country/rap and no one and I MEAN NO ONE!!! can do it better!!! so keep it going !!! every Wednesday check em out!!I thought the show would be nonsense, but it turned out to be very good. now everyday do we get to see a country/rap white boy representing! you do us all proud BIG SMO!

I am 15 years old and I LOVE "Big Smo"!!!! I enjoy watching the show. It is fun to see him and his kin-folk in everyday life. LOVE it when he tore his daughter's homework up - that was too funny! I also think it is pretty funny that his Mom handles all the money for him - still getting Mom's permission... I hope his Mom puts out a cookbook with her chicken recipe in it - it looked finger licking good!I truly enjoy listening to his music - music up loud, windows down and rolling through town!!!! Everyone should tune in to the show and turn up his music! It is real and you won't regret watching it or listening to his music! Redneck Rich!!!

These guys are Funny as hell! Just down home kuntry foke! They do it without making us southern folks look like honey Boo Boo's dysfunction. This show is full of hilarity, good cooking, loving family ties and seeing a good ole boy make it doing it His way. Love how he loves his gals (Mama, Wife and 2 lil girls) With these people it is all about family and good times. The music IMO is great but can be an acquired taste. BUT if you like Kid Rock, Hank Williams Jr. with a twist of Rap you will really like these tunes. Take the time to watch a couple of episodes and see for yourself! I think AMC has got it right with this one!
