The film is dedicated to Dr. Arthur Y. Hou, 1947-2013. Dr. Hou, a highly respected and motivated leader, headed NASA's GPM team as project scientist from 2005 until his death in November of 2013. He was 66. The GPM Core satellite successfully launched just a few short months later, in February of 2014.
