Director Becky Hutner has a true gift for exceptional story telling and educating viewers on important life affecting topics. "Unbound" is vital foot health information told through beautiful personal stories and stunning cinematography. It's truly sad what show companies have demanded of women's feet for decades. It had me reconsidering the shoes I put on my feet while giving me hope for the future. This documentary should be shown to teenagers to help consider what they put on their feet. Hutner makes it fun to learn about ways to improve your overall health and quality of life with the right footwear! Bravo!
This may be a short and tidy production, but you can recognize talent pretty quickly. This isn't at all a topic I'd normally be interested in, but Becky Hutner has a way of captivating everyone towards extremely niche subject matter.
Much like Fashion Reimagined, the viewer is drawn into the world instantly. The direction is slick and the education is dense.
If you haven't had the chance to see Fashion Reimagined, it's a masterpiece and would be a world changer if everyone saw it
The film will have you asking two questions: Could I be doing better with my footwear? And What's Becky Hutner's next project?

Unbound offers a fascinating and often eye-opening glimpse into the wild, wacky, and overlooked world of women's feet, exposing the absurdity of modern footwear culture with honesty and humour.
Through raw, personal stories, it dives into the pressures, pain, and cultural expectations surrounding how women present and treat their feet.
I found this short documentary to be incredibly insightful, moving, and genuinely gripping (pun intended!). It's also a timely reminder of how much we take our feet for granted. Beautifully shot, cleverly edited, and powerfully told-Unbound is a must-watch that will stay with you long after the credits roll.

An absolutely stunning documentary by Becky Hutner. Her vision is always inspiring and this documentary does not disappoint. Focussing on the little known area of health that is associated with womens' feet, this documentary is informative, inspirational and an important watch. 'Unbound' is filmed exquisitely, capturing different women and locations beautifully as is Becky's USP. This forward thinking doc will shock you with hard hitting stories of how women have been encouraged to neglect their feet for centuries. I urge people to watch this film and to educate themselves on this area. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved Unbound! As a 34-year-old woman, this hit so close to home. It's such a powerful, honest, and beautifully made short doc that dives into the strange world of women's footwear. The personal stories really stuck with me - funny, emotional, and so relatable. It made me think about how much pain we just accept as normal, all for the sake of fashion. I've never seen anything quite like this, and it honestly made me tear up a little. Stunning, beautiful visuals, such a strong message, beautifully edited and something every woman should watch. It made me want to throw out all of my shoes and finally put my comfort and foot-health first.
