I didn't expect TSP to drop the remaining episodes so quickly after the first one, but I'm really glad they did. Patna Hostel turned out to be a surprisingly entertaining and relatable series. It perfectly captures the essence of small-town hostel life - the jokes, the struggles, the friendships - all feel genuine and real. The characters are well-written, and the performances are spot on. It brings back a lot of memories for anyone who's lived in a hostel or studied away from home. I had a great time watching it and truly believe this show has the potential to grow. It definitely deserves more seasons.

The visuals capture the simple and unfiltered aspects of hostel life, making the setting feel realistic. The background music complements the mood of various scenes, enhancing both the lighthearted and serious moments.
The strengths of the series include a relatable storyline, strong performances, natural humor, and meaningful emotional moments. However, some parts may feel predictable, and the supporting characters could have been given more depth. The episode lengths are short, leaving viewers wanting more.

Here's a review you can use for the **YouTube web series "Patna Hostel in Pune"** by The Screen Patti (TSP):

**Review: Patna Hostel in Pune - A Desi Hostel Comedy That Hits Home**
*"Patna Hostel in Pune"* is a refreshing and genuinely funny Hindi web series from The Screen Patti (TSP) that captures the essence of hostel life through a uniquely Bihari lens. Set in a Pune hostel room, the series follows the lives of four young men from Patna-Abhinav, Guddu Bhaiya, VP, and Praveen-navigating everyday chaos, friendship, heartbreaks, and the occasional unexpected visitor (yes, including a girl in the room!).
### **What Works**
✅ **Relatable Vibes:** Whether you've lived in a hostel or just heard stories, this series hits the right notes of nostalgia and hilarity. The setting, dialogue, and inside jokes are so authentic that you'll feel like you're right there in the room with the boys.
✅ **Performances:** The cast, including Abhinav Anand and Anandeshwar Dwivedi, delivers natural and endearing performances. Their chemistry as roommates feels effortless and real.
✅ **Humor with Heart:** The series isn't just about jokes-it also explores themes like friendship, emotional support, and how young adults deal with pressure and loneliness far from home.
✅ **Crisp Episodes:** With tight scripts and no unnecessary drama, every episode delivers entertainment with solid pacing.
### **What Could Be Better**
The storyline, while fun, sticks to a familiar formula. It might feel predictable at times for regular web series viewers.
Some jokes are very region-specific (especially for North Indian/Bihari audiences), which might limit relatability for others.
---
### **Final Thoughts**
"Patna Hostel in Pune" is a warm, hilarious take on the madness of hostel life. It doesn't try too hard-it just tells it like it is, and that's exactly why it works. If you're in the mood for some desi banter, late-night room gossip, and good old-fashioned friendship, this series deserves a binge.
**Watch it on TSP's YouTube channel-you won't regret it

All the Four Are very good actors, Waiting for more and more episodes. Happy to see them in others series and getting chances. Eagerly waiting for more chances as they are deserving one. Patna Hostels in Pune is hell lots of comedy and it stress you out after days work. Keep coming out with more and more episodes and with lesser frequency. TVF is giving all good actors chances they deserve. Bring more and more actors as they are raw talent. They always raised the bar as far as competition is concerned. Guddu bhaiya and Rajat is best among four. Total natural acting comes out from them. Keeps it up.
Genuine comedy and authenticity. Loved it. As their title said, "Patna Hostel", it exactly shows how a group of friends from Bihar live in Pune. From their appearance to their antics to their accents, all seems to perfect. It is one of the best mini series I've ever watched and still waiting for more episodes to come. I really like every episode is different and have its own story vibe. Their chemistry is on point and feels so relatable and exactly shows the character of a person who is from Bihar.
At last, I would say its a must watch series for everyone. It's a simple series yet full of laughter. Highly recommend.
