Karl Hart and Simon Bovey attend the funeral of their gang leader, whom one of them killed. In fact, they are the entire attendance and whichever one of them killed the man did a sloppy job of the murder.
In the day -- way before I was norn -- this five-minute short would have would have been a split-reel comedy. What film maker Joel Garman has created is an absurdist piece, highlighting the stupidity and inepitude of of main characters. It seems to have a contemptuous attitude of the western form in a way that would not have pleased an audience of the era that would have produced this as a regular commercial movie.

An absurd short western. The boss of a gang, killed by one of his weak man. The desire of the last to be the succesor of his victim. And, an opponent becoming, in creepy situation, his ally. The humor represents the best part of this bizarre but nice short film.
