What a great movie. I loved the main two characters and their chemistry and charm. I also liked the two comic relief characters which made for laugh out loud places of comedy. The story line was whimsical to me and yet, offered real life truths to consider about family and our neighbors. I really appreciated the friendliness of the movie as kids of any age could watch it. That is rare today in movie scripts, language and attires. The scenes are from Tulsa and many from well know spots. That gave the movie a cohesive and authentic feel, like this could have really been two families from the area. And lastly I also liked the way the movie had split screens at times. It made it feel fresh and innovative.
Even though my first choice for a movie would generally not be a rom- com I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I feel that it has something to offer the whole family and one that has redemptive values. The storyline develops with the feud between families, the rise, corruption and collapse of various businesses, and the turmoil within family bonds. The writers and director were gifted in developing the story with twists and turns , surprise, laughter and sometimes even tears!! The actors were very engaging, had good chemistry and were believable and drew me into the story.
It was nice to see a story take place in the city of Tulsa with many recognizable landmarks. I would recommend this movie to friends.

We were invited to an early screening of Minding Your Business-not something we'd normally choose, but we're so glad we went!
This indie gem surprised us with heart, depth, and some fun storytelling. It's got a thoughtful love story (a fresh take on Jacob and Rachel which most people won't catch), authentic dad moments, brotherly and sister rivals, and a really good message: chasing success isn't worth losing what matters most. I like seeing stories of families coming together. Enjoyable and clean. Need more of these kinds of intentional movies instead of the same old waste of time that networks normally shove at us.
Also, loved the Tulsa setting! (Tulsa King, Chandler from Friends, Outsiders)

Entertaining movie, with a heartwarming story, good laughs and good acting; all in line with the best of the Rom-Com / Hallmark genre.
While the plot of most rom-coms are predictable, this movie takes you down some non-predictable twists (no spoilers here). There is a prevailing character that adds very funny comic relief, helping to keep the movie light-hearted.
The acting of the main protagonists was engaging and genuine, while the secondary and supporting characters provided solid performances.
Great movie for a weekend evening. It can be enjoyed as a couple, with friends or with family.
-- On a side note, loved seeing Tulsa landmarks, which added to the allure and genuine feel of the story.
