Too topical given so many topics / shows

Pretty horrible. The stuff they do is trying to be funny or hip and is tailored individually to each of many of their shows.

But the big problem is that this is about a large number of their shows, and the genres and audiences for each is very different, so it's pretty hard to watch through the stuff about the shows that you don't care about it and which you don't relate to or enjoy.

Reviewing after only a few shows are addressed because I just couldn't take it much longer.

Also, although I am a fan of Squid Games, Squid Games is a horror show about shooting unwilling game participants in cold blood. Tudum just jokes around about that with a live in-house audience with guards that are dressed like killers that kill their participants; that was extremely distasteful and shouldn't have been done.

They even refer to the audience as if they were part of their fight-to-death game; they say "Tonight there are only rewards and no penalties", but when the "penalties" are almost always being shot to death within the show, it's really too much to expect general audiences to be watching on a show that isn't even specific to Squid games or even horror shows in general.

If I was going to make a suggestion, I'd suggest they lighten up the mood, make the segments about each show shorter, and try to concentrate more on new content rather than joking about the old stuff quite as much as they do.

BTW... 5-stars is about as low as I ever rate anything. It was fun to watch the Squid-game guards at the beginning, but watching it is very taxing, as is trying to find the parts there about shows that I like - the second show it addresses is one I know almost nothing about, probably isn't for me, and I suspect most viewers won't be fans of all the shows depicted. So I suspect most viewers have the same problem with the Tudum show that I did.

You wouldn't think it was possible, but they prove it is

You wouldn't think it was possible to create yet another self promoting show that's so dumbed down, it makes others seem ok. But here it is. The celebs and presenters kept misreading the prompts, the interviews and conversations felt terribly unnatural and forced (which of course they would be, you know everything is scripted, and yet it still surprises you with being so poorly executed). It's for the kids, but it's also terrifyingly dumbing. Keep your children away from watching this or their last brain cells will die. It's goddamn awful, just one long infomercial and that's it. You'd think they'd manage better.

It's The Teen Choice Awards of Netflix

I shouldn't, and didn't, expect much from what is basically a 2 hour self-promotion binge for Netflix shows but it's so much worse. Half of the people speaking like Valley Girls and the incessant use of the word 'literally', and the celebration of mediocrity in lieu of the good stuff that Netflix has made me consider dropping Netflix more than any price increase ever made me want to. And even when there WAS someone that I truly like, such as Fred Armisen or Josh Brolin, they made them dumb it down for the real audience for this.

But in the end, a grown up reviewing this isn't really fair because it's made for children.

    Horrible Netflicks sucks

Horrible and a waste of time. Looks like just a way to promote and waste money on promoting shows that won't have longevity.

Much like the shows on Netflicks are a waste of time. Netflicks doesn't give shows a chance. You start watching a show only to find out it's canceled and there won't be another season. So why waste your time. No time to character development and to actually tell stories.

The show friends didn't become really popular until season 5. I will cancel Netflicks after season 5 of Stranger Things. Not worth keeping it for shows that will only have 8 episodes to watch.

Netflicks. They never home of 1 season shows.

Trailers are worth watching and the star power was impressive... The scripts though and the music. Was beyond terrible. I was surprised that netflix managed to get big names to turn up. They had an opportunity to make a really impressive first show. They failed at this. It was so boring and cringe worthy. I even had to fast forward the stupid music and ridiculous dance segments. What is this a stupid reality talent show? I watched this for sneak peeks and insider news on upcoming shows. To see new trailers and what's coming to netflix. Instead what I got was a few trailers for major features and a giant waster of time.
