The Monster Within

Once more there is no proper cast list on IMDB for this series.

I watched in on Amazon Prime and beware - they seem to have misplaced the final episode.

The ML is a man who has anger issues that he can't control which results in him beating up his wife regularly and later a female lawyer who falls in love with him.

It all starts off with the death of a business man and the puzzle of who killed him. Our hero comes under suspicion but is soon released.

To be fair he is an attractive guy - but the FL seems a lot older than he is.

The story has side issues of the FL being treated badly by her Law Firm.

Before long the FL becomes a victim of his violence but takes him back again and again - just as his wife did.

We see the FL in prison being accused of murder - unfortunately we don't know who she is supposed to have killed as the final episode has gone missing.

The acting was ok - but the series was overpopulated with people who had no real reason to be included.

I am not sure what point it was trying to make regarding domestic violence - it didn't seem to have a powerful message for the victims of it.
