Longtime Detroit Tigers broadcaster Ernie Harwell not only narrated this documentary, he composed and sang an original song for it: "Michigan and Trumbull." The Hall-of-Fame broadcaster published more than 80 songs during his multifaceted career, with some of them recorded by Mitch Ryder, B.J. Thomas, and Homer and Jethro.
