Ssurprisingly original and engaging film that brings a refreshing twist to the well-known time loop narrative. What sets it apart is the way it combines humor, emotion, and a touch of chaos in a storyline that feels both modern and relatable.
The concept is handled with creativity and heart, offering not just laughs, but also some deeper reflections on relationships, personal growth, and the fear of commitment. It's romantic, charming, and lighthearted - though I would have loved to see even more depth and emotion in the romantic moments. That being said, the chemistry between the characters is still enjoyable and the comedic timing is spot-on.
Visually, the film has a clean and stylish aesthetic, and the pacing keeps the viewer engaged without ever feeling repetitive, which can often be a challenge in time loop stories. It balances absurd situations with sincere moments in a way that's entertaining and easy to watch.
I found myself fully immersed and even saved it to rewatch later - and that's saying something. During her sister's wedding in Morocco, Louna gets bored and sits at the bar, avoiding the guests. There she meets Paul. They hit it off and wander into the desert in the night. While they are flirting a mysterious attacker begins to take shots at Paul using a crossbow. Paul pulls the arrows out of his body and assures her that it is nothing, but he runs toward a mysterious light.
In the next scene Louna is awakened and the events of the previous day seem to be repeating themselves. Exactly. At this point we figure out that they are stuck in a time loop of some sort and that we will have to suspend our disbelief in order to enjoy the film. Basically, she is searching for a way out of the loop.
The desert filming locations were exotic and starkly beautiful and there were moments of humor in the film but the directing left a bit to be desired. Additionally, the chemistry between the male and female lead characters was luke-warm at best.
I watched it on Amazon Prime and found it entertaining enough to sit through, but I'm not sure I'd way to pay to see it in a cinema.

"One of the worst movies in history" might sound dramatic, but this film honestly earns that title. It's a cheap knock-off of Palm Springs-a soulless imitation with zero creativity, cringe acting, and jokes so unfunny they feel like punishment.
The premise? Two strangers stuck in a time loop, reliving the same day. Yep, that tired concept again. And unlike Palm Springs, which brought heart, humor, and depth to the formula, this movie brings... nothing. No fresh spin, no emotional payoff, and definitely no laughs. It's like the writers watched Palm Springs, copied it, and then stripped out everything that made it good.
The acting is painfully awkward. The leads have no chemistry. Every line is delivered like it's waiting for an imaginary laugh track. Supporting characters? Forgettable and one-dimensional. It feels like everyone is either phoning it in or trying way too hard, with neither approach working.
As for the humor-there isn't any. The film relies on loud, over-the-top antics, meme-style references, and jokes that died on the internet five years ago. It's so desperate to be quirky, but it just ends up being uncomfortable to watch.
Visually, it's bland. The cinematography is flat, the lighting is uninspired, and the sets look like they were shot on leftover locations from a student project. The soundtrack tries to be indie-cute, but instead feels like a generic playlist pretending to be deep.
This movie isn't just bad because it's unoriginal-it's bad because it doesn't try. It rides on the coattails of a better film (Palm Springs), hoping to catch the same magic without doing the work. But instead of charm or wit, we get lazy writing, shallow characters, and a runtime that feels twice as long as it is.
If this film were a time loop, you'd be begging for the sweet release of the credits after the first 10 minutes. Skip it, spare yourself the headache, and watch literally anything else.
