She's playing a mature stepmom who's studying psychology at college under a professor named Mills (the usual in-joke name dropping producer Bree Mills). For her course, she's trying out psychotherapy techniques and uses her stepson Juan Loco as a test subject.

As Reagan asks him questions about his relationship to his father, it comes out that Juan is envious of his dad's relationship to stepmom Reagan: daddy has sex with her that he can't have. Reagan decides to bolster the kid's self-confidence by having sex with him, right there on the couch she's using as a patient's style couch. And after his money shot half an hour later, she's the one who's gained self-confidence that she'll pass the course.
