The Night Before Easter is a breath of fresh air in Ethiopian cinema, stepping far beyond the usual romance dominated narratives. I loved this film for its bold storytelling and exceptional execution. The actors did an amazing job, and specially for me Meskerem's performance was outstanding, adding depth and authenticity to the story.

History Film Company has always shown potential, and this proves what they're capable of, and I believe they can do much much better, i can only imagine how good their next project will be. The cinematography and color grading were stunning, unlike anything I've seen in local cinema. The sound design and overall production quality met true cinematic standards, proving Ethiopian filmmakers can compete on a higher level.

As someone who cherishes storytelling, I deeply appreciate this effort to explore new themes while honoring culture. I fully support this direction and can't wait to see more. Keep pushing boundaries.

Refreshing to experience something like this in Ethiopian cinema. The acting was on point and the cinematography was very well done. The message is also something that more people needed to hear. Thanks for this

It reminded me a lot of before sunrise and I love that movie so much, character connection and dialogue is an underrated element in films. And it also steps out from the usual romance movie style in ethiopia
