That kind of film reminding, in realistic terms, the loneliness , vulnerability, effect of humiliation and the forms of revenge of teen girl , working in a car mechanic shop, punished for observation about his brother by a boy , feeling real bad and obtaining a form of justice.

Beautiful crafted atmosphere, honest portraits of characters, care for details - easy temptation of sentimental story- , precise final.

And, sure, inspired performances, offering in great manner, the image of vulnerability of presumed tomboy.

The simplicity remains the noble trait of this short film about a coming of age and its steps.

"She had experienced something in her life and had some feelings in her that she fought against. I asked her to shout at me, which was very transgressing, but also fun for her," said director Kira Richards Hansen about her first meeting with the twelve-year-old lead actress Rosalina Krøyer in Fucking tøs (2013). In 'Rodløs', Rosalina Krøyer plays the prepubescent tomboy Alex. She is the only girl in a group of boys who smoke, drink alcohol and paint graffiti late into the night. Krøyer was 14 during filming.
