From Bree Mills' Girlcore series comes "Strange Nurses", a group sex scene she wrote and directed. It appeared on the DVD "Girlcore Vol. 3" in 2018 and was reissued in 2023 on the VOD "The Nurses". It has Whitney Wright recuperating in hospital after getting a nose job. Casey Calvert is a friendly nurse but later turns against Wright when mean night nurse Sarah Vandella sexually abuses the young girl. Ryan Keely has a cameo as a doctor with in-joke of "Dr B Mills" inscribed on the ID plate on her chest.

Two scenes under the heading "Lesbian Hospital" appear on the 2018 DVD "Lesbian Anatomy". Poor sequencing has Sarah Vandella introduced in the first vignette as a patient, sent home with a prescription but no sex, and then in the next segment Vandella plays a different character, namely a doctor. Similarly, Chloe Foster had a shoulder injury that got her a prescription or two in Segment One, and then shows up again in Segment Two as a patient with stomach issues, treated by Doc Vandella. It's quite confusing for no reason.

The first scene has Doctor Cherie DeVille humping the receptionist Kenna James after the aforementioned patients have been sent home. During their routine Sapphic Sex bout in an exam room, two male crew members show up at reception and are annoyed that no one is manning the desk -two utterly pointless cameos by Stills by Alan and Mo Reese.
