This short captures the lethargic reality we may face when stricken by grief or in a depressive episode. Day and night blend together, the static of the TV being the only chorus to your solitude, and an apathy to those around you that are actively trying to see if you're okay. The execution of this concept was done brilliantly, as we get sequences that mix fantasy and reality. Culminating in a result that I won't spoil here, but another thing that feels real and posits a stark reality to this corner of mental health. Shot beautifully, utilizing the same team as First Chair, and this one is also directed extremely well. Some parts reminiscent of Requiem For A Dream, some parts reminiscent of Black Mirror, I absolutely recommend once it comes out!
